Friendly cat that says "neow"

Hi all. Bill has telephoned us this late Sunday afternoon and we will pick him up at the train station in about three hours! It will be great to see him. We were just talking by Skype when he was in Tokyo, and before that when he was in Houston. And now he will be here in person and we are really excited. Does the cat in the photo below say ‘meow’? No. It says ‘neow’. We learned this from some kids. There are a lot of friendly stray cats in this park where we held the Easter Egg hunt for all the children. And there are lots of Koi (fish) in the pond. We saw some boys and girls feeding them. But where are all the ducks and geese? Last time we were in the Boise park we saw ducks and geese, but no fish.
